As one of China’s most influential machine tool fair, the 7th version of CME 2021 held at NECC, Shanghai. With over 1,500 brands showcasing their latest tech, the UFI certified fair was divided in five categories, i.e. Metal Cutting Machine, Metal Forming Machine, Measuring Tools, Machine Accessories and Smart Factory.
On the 7th of this month, we attended this exhibition. CME is an international window for the development level and cutting-edge information of the global manufacturing industry.
We attended a series of seminars on intelligent manufacturing, covering intelligent factory construction, additive manufacturing, industrial digitization, CNC system upgrading, etc. This helps us to have a more detailed plan for the construction of the smart factory.
In order to further improve the construction of smart factory, our company has also carried out a series of exploration such as using ERP system, building benchmark workshop, using MES system, etc. We use MES and ERP to constitute a complete closed-loop system of planning, control, feedback and adjustment.
The construction of smart factory can realize the centralized control of the whole production line from raw materials to finished products, intelligent flat management, improve the stability of product quality and increase the competitiveness of the company.
