On July 3, 2025, Wuxi Zhongtian Plastic Cage Manufacturing Co., Ltd. officially completed the full acquisition of Wuxi Jinyi Needle Roller Bearing Co., Ltd., marking a new stage of industrial synergy and joint development. Formerly known as Wuxi Yongdong Needle Roller Bearing Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jinyi Needle Roller Bearing Co., Ltd. has many years of expertise in the production of needle rollers and rollers. It boasts a mature team and well-established production technologies. Following its acquisition by Wuxi Zhongtian, the company was officially renamed Wuxi Jinyi Needle Roller Bearing Co., Ltd. Its products are widely applicable across various industries and complement Zhongtian’s plastic cage product portfolio, enjoying a strong reputation in the industry. This acquisition represents an important strategic move for Zhongtian Plastic Cage to expand its industrial boundaries. 1. Equipment Introduction

Following the acquisition, the company will increase investment. Based on the existing foundations of both parties, we will introduce advanced production and testing equipment to replace outdated facilities, achieving upgrades in automated and precise manufacturing, and improving both production capacity and product accuracy. Within half a year after the acquisition, the number of grinding machines has been continuously increased, and upgraded precision testing equipment has been purchased. Meanwhile, the factory buildings have been renovated and layouts optimized to build standardized intelligent production workshops, further enhancing production efficiency. 2. Staff Management
